How Buldogies began
A PLACE
FOR CONROE.
Breian and Jamie set out to create a restaurant for their community. Gourmet hot dogs and county-fair food gave them room to keep trying new combinations.
The menu kept growing with their ideas.
That means a menu with its own cast of characters. A Johnny Ringo pairs creamy peanut butter with bacon and raspberry jelly. A Philly The Kid brings steak, peppers and onions. Loaded corn dogs take another turn entirely.
The restaurant uses Nathan’s and Hebrew National hot dogs, alongside Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. Find it on Highway 105, where the menu stretches from hot dogs to funnel cakes.
